About Our Temple

The Arulmigu Sri Maha Muthu Mariamman Devasthanam is located in Lunas, Kulim, Kedah. In its early days, Tamil residents of the area built this temple with the intention of having a place of worship in their community. During that time, they placed a trident in a small hut and performed prayers to the idol of Muthu Mariamman, lighting lamps in front of it. Over time, the number of devotees increased, and the temple administration renovated and expanded the temple. Today, the temple is officially registered, and all rituals and festivals are conducted with grandeur and devotion.
