About Our Temple
The Om Sakthi Sivanatha Arul Anantha Muneswarar Sri Meenakshi Somasundrawarar Temple is located in Taiping, Perak. It was established in 1885 by Hindu laborers who were employed by the Federal Malay States Railway. The local residents in the vicinity of the temple also frequented this place of worship. In the early days they built a temple in a small hut. Later, with the efforts of the temple management, a new temple was built with the help of devotees and the donation of some good souls. Now the temple is properly registered and all the pujas and festivals are going well.
