About Our Temple
In 1960, Mr. Perumal established a sanctuary in Sikamat, Seremban, upon observing locals worshiping stones outdoors. Initially, he constructed a small hut for prayer. The community began venerating a visiting cobra at the humble temple, leading to a growing following and the shrine gaining renown for its cobra worship. In 1970, the temple conducted its first Kumbhabishegam. Subsequently, in 1996, the temple obtained government approval to construct a permanent structure on government reserve land. To better meet devotees' needs, the temple committee implemented several modifications. In 1998 and 2003, the temple marked its second and third Kumbhabishegams, respectively. Today, the temple continues to exert a significant influence on the local Indian community.
