About Our Temple
In 1965, this temple was situated in a hilly region, posing challenges for the local community to conduct their prayers. By around 1978, Felda generously provided a parcel of land to establish a temple in the area. Using wooden planks and a zinc roof, the community erected a small temple where they enshrined the statue of Durgai Amman and began their worship. Since then, the Bukit Rokan community has been regularly offering prayers to Thurgai Amman at the temple. Presently, under new management, the temple boasts a solid stone structure and has obtained official registration. Additionally, an annual Aadi festival is celebrated at the temple.
