About Our Temple
Founded in 1976 on railway reserve land at km 5 of Jalan Seremban-Port Dickson in Siliau, Negeri Sembilan, this temple was established by Sri S. Ramiah during his tenure as a Malayan Railway Inspector. Initially, Lord Sri Murugan was worshipped in a modest temple constructed with the support of devotees. Over time, followers of the temple engaged in repairs and renovations, overcoming various challenges in the process. Financial aid and supplies from the People contributed to the temple's construction. The first Kumbhabishegam took place in 1984, and a specially crafted Ratham by Indian craftsmen was created for it. The inaugural chariot parade occurred in 1987, dedicated to the well-being of Lord Sri Murugan's devotees. The local community actively participates in temple-organized events, including Bharathanatyam classes.
