About Our Temple
The Sri Jada Muniswarar Temple was established approximately 80 years ago by Tamil individuals who had migrated to the Ladang Gali estate, in Raub for employment. Those Tamil workers, who were engaged in agricultural activities, invoked Muniswarar as their guardian deity for protection. Subsequently, with the approval of the estate management, devotees named Mr. Kunjini and Mr. Thanjan, along with the support of the Mahamariyamman devotees, joined hands for building a temple for Lord Muniswarar. They collaborated to establish the Sri Jada Muniswarar Temple. To this day, devotees continue to contribute financially and actively participate in the worship rituals, maintaining the temple's spiritual practices.
