About Our Temple

About two decades ago, the Pancha Nagalinga Temple was built in Temiang, Negeri Sembilan. Mr. Shanmuganathan, a local resident deeply devoted to Sabarimala Ayyappan, felt a strong desire to establish a temple for Ayyappan. Concurrently, Ayyappan appeared in Mr. Shanmuganathan's dream, instructing him to build a temple nearby. Subsequently, Mr. Shanmuganathan, along with his friends, initiated the construction of the temple. The temple's completion in 2019 was a result of Mr. Shanmuganathan's dedicated efforts, with the support of devoted individuals, and the Kumbabhishekam ceremony was conducted with great enthusiasm. The government has allocated one acre of land in the temple's vicinity, and the temple has been officially registered. Modeled after the Sabarimala temple in India, this temple follows the same pooja rituals. Special poojas are conducted for only six days during the Tamil and Karthikai Margazhi months, while on other days, Ayyappan devotees engage in vibuthi abhishekam while meditating.
