About Our Temple
The construction of the Sri Pachaiyamman Temple began in 1982. The People who worked on the plantation worshiped Pachaiyamman as their guardian deity. In the initial days, they placed a trident and performed prayers in a small hut built with wooden planks and zinc roof. The temple saw growth through the efforts of the administrators, and in 1990, the Sri Pachaiyamman Temple was renovated, with the first consecration ceremony performed with great significance. Currently, the temple conducts all its rituals and worship with devotion.
